These two ‘blue’ buildings have been for some time the tallest buildings in Portimão. People used to call them "the Twins". Must be from about... 1975.
In the beginning they were for rental summer vacation apartments. On the ground floor there was an indoor pool. (With thanks to @Paulopedro for the information)
