New booklet out: The Architecture of Manuel Gomes da Costa in Faro & More
This book shows 34 projects from the oeuvre of architect Manuel Gomes da Costa. These projects are all marked on a walking map at the back of the book. Additionally, other, undescribed projects in the surrounding area are shown on a map with photos. The book further discusses Manuel Gomes da Costa, his sources of inspiration and examples, and his fellow architects - António Vicente de Castro and Manuel Laginha - who together introduced Modernist Architecture to the Algarve.
