Former 'Estalagem Caique' building still a disgrace in Olhão

The desolate and disgrace state of the former 'Estalagem Caíque' on Rua 18 de Junho needs no further explanation, just like the 'wrong' intervention on the ground floor. Is it still waiting for a new destination as a hotel ?

It would be nice if they finally started with the renovation of this increasingly crumbling building and perhaps than the ugly extension at the front will disappear and a new terrace can be created as it once was.
